At Tramuntana XXI we seek to transmit knowledge and
promote practices that can facilitate the sustainable
management of the natural and cultural heritage of the
Serra de Tramuntana, while helping to drive its socio-
economic dynamisation.
The management of mountain estates in the Serra de Tramuntana is
always a complicated task due to low profitability, challenging
environmental conditions, complex legislation, intense public use,
fragile cultural heritage, the threat of forest fires and pests and high
production and maintenance costs, etc.
This is why Tramuntana XXI wants to support managers and owners of
properties in the region to help them achieve greater efficiency in
the preservation, maintenance and exploitation of their land, with a
view to reducing costs and optimizing interventions.
In line with this, Tramuntana XXI members are offered a free
preliminary diagnosis of their estates. They can also benefit from a
